Terms

Terms of Service

These terms describe the intended use of SignoffLink during the launch period. They should be reviewed before broader public or self-serve paid distribution.

Product use

SignoffLink helps providers request client approval for extra work, scope changes, timeline changes, and similar project communications before that work begins.

Not legal advice or an e-signature replacement

SignoffLink is not a law firm, legal adviser, contract-management platform, or regulated e-signature service. Providers remain responsible for deciding whether a formal contract amendment, signature process, or legal review is required for their work.

User responsibility

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of requested changes, pricing, timeline details, client communications, and any underlying contractual obligations. Clients should review each request carefully before approving.

Launch-period access

During the launch period, paid access may be activated administratively. Plan limits, pricing, and availability may change as the product is refined with early customers.

Availability

SignoffLink is provided during early access without a guaranteed service-level commitment. Providers should keep their own records for critical client approvals and project decisions.
