This policy summarizes how SignoffLink handles account, signoff request, and client response information during launch-period access. It should be reviewed before broader public or self-serve paid distribution.

Information collected

SignoffLink stores provider account email, optional business name, signoff request details, client names or emails entered by providers, and approval or rejection response records.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate providers, create public approval links, display request details to clients, record client responses, show approval history to providers, enforce plan limits, and notify providers when a response is submitted.

Public links

Public SignoffLink URLs are accessible to anyone with the link. Providers should only include information appropriate for client approval review and should avoid adding unnecessary sensitive information.

Data requests

During launch-period access, account and data requests are handled through support. Some approval records may need to be retained when necessary to preserve approval history, prevent disputes, comply with obligations, or maintain service integrity.

Subprocessors

SignoffLink uses Supabase for authentication and database services, and may use Resend for transactional response notifications when email notifications are configured.
